Meridian Intelligence wanted to offer clients regulatory intelligence across African markets, but no platform existed that could ingest, interpret, and make thousands of scattered regulatory sources queryable in plain language.
The Approach
A regulatory intelligence platform ingesting 7,300+ sources across Africa, with multi-method scraping (including Cloudflare bypass), Voyage AI embeddings into pgvector, and a custom iterative reasoning pipeline for generating regulatory implications with confidence-based halting.
