The public front door of a Nigerian property platform

AgentBuddy had two working products and no public front door. Property seekers needed to understand in seconds why this was different from the usual grind of dozens of WhatsApp groups and wasted site visits. Agents needed a credible reason to join an invite-only network. And every call to action had to lead into a live app, not a dead-end brochure.
A landing page's job isn't to describe the product. It's to get the right person into it in one click.
The site is a Next.js app with four pages (Home, Products, About, Contact), written around a single narrative: the problem property search has in Nigeria, why the platform is built differently, and then the two products that fix it, Addy for seekers and Agent Network for agents.
Rather than drop in stock phone screenshots, the product visuals are drawn in code: a working chat mockup for Addy, and an Agent Network interface with a live-looking leaderboard over an SVG map of Nigeria. They stay sharp at every size, load instantly, and can be updated with the product.
The conversion paths are real. An invite-request modal posts to the platform's network API and also sends an email notification, so a request from an agent is both recorded and seen. The contact form falls back to a direct email link if submission fails, so a visitor is never left at a dead end.
Under the hood it is a multi-zone setup: the Addy app is its own deployment, and the site proxies it under the main domain through rewrites, along with the internal analytics dashboard. Visitors see one domain and one brand, while each product keeps its own release cycle.
Performance was handled deliberately: the logo and site icon are self-hosted instead of linked cross-origin, below-the-fold imagery is lazy-loaded, and the mobile layout (testimonial carousel, footer, store badges) was fixed and re-checked rather than left to wrap.
Live at agentbuddy.ng as the platform's public home. It explains the product to seekers, takes invite requests from agents, and sends visitors directly into the live apps and the app stores.
